App availability outage in EU 13 hours ago

The Amazon Elastic Container Service which powers Galaxy's container logic had an outage for about 45 minutes 13 hours ago. While we were investigating the outage, Amazon repaired their systems, and we neglected to update our status page in the meantime. We apologize for not updating the status page when our provider's outage affected our service.
