We will be rolling out an update to Galaxy infrastructure to add monitoring and a potential fix for issue causing new apps to not start quickly. This will cause automatic and coordinated rolling container restarts. Our proxying layer will also be updated, causing few (most often 1) additional disconnects per WebSocket client.
